When we suppress our anger, it simmers beneath the surface, tightening our bodies and clouding our minds. Because anger isn’t meant to be buried—it wants to be acknowledged, expressed, and transformed.
As the earth awakens, so do you. Spring is your invitation to shed what no longer serves you and prepare for the growth that is waiting to unfold. Root and Rise is your space—a place to honour your rebirth, plant new seeds, and lay down strong roots for the next chapter of your life.
In this immersive experience, you’ll be guided to work with the powerful force of anger—not as something to suppress or fear, but as an ally. Anger carries energy, movement, and creation. When you transform your relationship with it, you free yourself from its grip and learn to use its fire to move forward, create, and step fully into yourself.
This is your time to set intentions for the months ahead. What do you truly desire? What has been holding you back? Together, we’ll explore these questions and move through resistance, so you can step into change with clarity and confidence. Whether it’s releasing old patterns, uncovering hidden blocks, or deepening your authenticity, you’ll be held in a supportive space to do this work in your own way, at your own pace.
You’ll also be invited to reconnect with the sensuality of the world around you—the texture of the earth, the smell of the garden, the sound of the wind and the birds, drawing you into presence and the full richness of life in the moment. In celebrating your being and the natural world, you deepen your connection to the truth of who you are, allowing yourself to rise with authenticity.
This immersion isn’t just about planting seeds for the future—it’s about stepping into who you truly are, honouring your needs and desires, and cultivating the courage to grow. As you root down into the fertile ground of this season, you’ll rise with a deeper sense of clarity, strength, and purpose.
Your body, supported through breathwork to release the tension anger has stored, creating space for renewal. Through movement, grounding practices, and nourishment, you will reconnect with your body’s wisdom—learning to listen, honour, and trust its signals as you move through transformation.
Your soul, nurtured through carefully designed ritual spaces and deep connection with each other and the earth that carries us. In this sacred space, you are invited to gently express and process your emotions, allowing them to move through you with ease.
Your mind, through guided tools, knowledge, and practice, you will cultivate stillness and spaciousness—finding clarity, acceptance, and the courage to close old chapters and step into new cycles of your life.

Where
Spring & Anger
The immersion will be hosted in France on the Arcachon Bay, in the beautiful Villa La Tosca that rests right on the shores of the beach where the tides pull in and all the way out to create a unique landscape where pine trees, mud and sand co-exist.
The Arcachon Bay is renowned for its healing and soothing properties for the respiratory system. The daily movement of the extensive tides and natural environment diffuse a quality of ionized air and energy that exist nowhere else. The area has hosted many painters, writers, and those seeking deep rest throughout time.
In Chinese Medicine, Spring is associated with the Liver and the emotion of Anger. Just as the earth awakens from winter’s stillness, energy begins to rise within us, stirring movement, momentum, and transformation. This is why we will work with anger in Spring—it is a natural force that, when embraced, becomes a powerful catalyst for change.
Spring carries the energy of renewal, expansion, and breaking free from stagnation. As new life pushes through the soil, anger—often misunderstood as something to suppress—can be seen as the fire that propels us forward. It is the force that clears out what no longer serves us, making space for growth, creativity, and fresh possibilities.
Aligned with the element of Air, Spring also invites us to breathe deeply, to clear the heaviness of the past, and to welcome clarity. Just as the winds shift and stir the world awake, this season asks us to shake off old constraints, reclaim our power, and rise into who we are becoming.
Fionn’s journey into healing is rooted in a story of reclamation—one of returning to herself after years of suppression and disconnection. Born into a cult, she experienced firsthand the silencing of her truth and the disconnection from her body’s wisdom. Through deep inner work, Fionn chose to break free and rediscover her wild, her power, and her authentic voice.
Fionn’s mission is profound: to guide others in leading from their heart, body, and breath, embracing the full spectrum of who they are. Her work is grounded in the belief that true transformation comes from embodiment and that healing begins when we step away from the distractions of the modern world and fully root ourselves in the present moment. Fionn invites others to reconnect with their bodies, their emotions, and their breath, to live authentically and rooted in the wisdom of the Earth.
At the core of her mission is healing the divide between the masculine and feminine, inviting us to honour each other’s wounding while owning our own. By doing so, we reclaim balance and unity—not only within ourselves and our relationships but also in our connection to the Earth and the environments we inhabit. This healing extends beyond the self, calling us to deepen the way we relate to one another and the natural world. As we cultivate understanding, compassion, and mutual respect, we lay the foundation for more harmonious and authentic connections while restoring our sacred relationship with the Earth.

Nourishing Food
Food is an essential pillar of our immersions and we strive to make it as much a ritual as any of the other practices we offer. In this spirit, we work with Abel, a holistic chef who understands the importance of food as medicine. We haven’t just ‘hired’ him to cook for you during those four days: we have collaborated with him every step of the way to ensure his carefully drawn up menu weaves seamlessly with the flow of the retreat and the demands of your body as you move with your emotions and grief.
Abel has a vast body of knowledge about what foods to eat during every season and how food can come to support deeper emotional processes and sustain our bodies holistically. You will also learn which foods are best to eat for different issues you may be facing and how different foods impact your physical body.

The practice of allowing and expressing our grief is what permits us to feel our full spectrum of aliveness, whichever emotions or density we may be moving through. Grief is a part of the celebration of life, of gratitude for what has been and what can be to come. Although we go deep, we also fly high, bridging our Sadness and our Joy as we come together in community.
