Awakening the Wild Woman Within

  • 6 Steps

About

A Sacred Journey for Remembering Your Wild Heart The Wild Woman lives in the season of Autumn and she is calling you to listen with your wild heart to her song. Her song can be heard in the whisper of the wind, in the rustle of the fallen leaves, and in the deep knowing that lives within your body. As the leaves fall, she invites you to release what is no longer true for you and return to the wisdom of your bones. Autumn is the perfect time to journey inward, and come home to your inner wild woman - to remember her song and return home to yourself, whole, wild, and alive and rooted in your bones. In this journey you will meet La Loba, the Wolf Woman who gathers the lost and forgotten bones of wolves and sings them back to life. She will remind you of the parts of yourself that you may have forgotten, buried, or silenced, and she calls you to remember who you were, before the world told you who you should be. This is an invitation to slow down, to find a moment of presence, and to reconnect with yourself and your wild, untamed heart. PS: You may wish to prepare a cup of ceremonial cacao or rose tea to open the heart and soften into the journey. Guidance for preparing cacao is included in the portal.
