1:1 SPIRITUS Breathwork Online is a body-led conscious connected breath practice woven with somatic healing, sound and shamanic wisdom. In our sessions, you are guided to work with your breath in a way that supports your nervous system, allows held emotion to move, and reconnects you to your instinct, clarity and inner power. This is trauma-aware, carefully held work. We move at the pace of your nervous system, building safety and capacity so that what shifts feels grounded and sustainable. Each session includes preparation, guided breathwork, sound and integration, so you have space to land fully in your experience. Online sessions are just as potent as in person. Cancellation Policy
I understand that unexpected events can occur in everyone's life. To be fair and effective for all clients, I have implemented the following policies: 48-hour Notice: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows me to offer the slot to someone else. Late Cancellations: If you cannot provide reasonable advance notice, you may be charged 50% of the appointment fee. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount.
