Service Description

Sometimes you need to say something out loud. To give voice to what has been going round and round in your head, hear yourself more clearly, or simply get something off your chest. That is what The Speak Easy is for. The Speak Easy is a one-to-one online conversation where you can bring whatever is on your mind or in your heart. You might be navigating something in a relationship, your work or business, a change in your life, a decision you're wrestling with, or something you haven't known what to do with. There is no agenda and no expectation that you need to arrive with everything figured out or leave with all the answers. I'll listen, ask questions when they feel useful and reflect things back when something feels worth exploring, but I'm not here to tell you what to do or where the conversation needs to go. We’ll begin with a few gentle moments to arrive, using the breath to settle, reconnect with your body and leave some of the noise of the day behind. And from there, you have the space to speak. A note about The Speak Easy The Speak Easy is a space for reflection, conversation and compassionate listening. It is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy or crisis intervention, and is not a substitute for professional mental health care. What you share will be treated with respect and confidentiality. There are some circumstances where confidentiality may need to be broken, such as when there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to you or someone else, or where I am legally required to disclose information. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need urgent support, please contact the appropriate emergency or crisis services.
