Ready to Give your Last Fuck?
For thousands of years, threshold ceremonies have marked the significant crossings of our lives, from menarche and handfastings to menopause and death, giving you a way to honour the moment when something changes and you find yourself standing between what has been and what comes next.
Today, many of these moments pass without ceremony, along with the quieter, deeply personal thresholds that can change the course of your life.
The end of a relationship, an identity you no longer recognise, a role you have outgrown, an old story you are tired of living inside, or simply the moment when you realise you are completely fucking done.
The Last Fuck Ceremony is for those moments.
A four-hour threshold ceremony on the land where you get to consciously mark an ending, honour what has been, release what you are finished carrying and give your last fuck to the things that no longer deserve your time, energy or attention.
Because you only get so many fucks in this life, and this is about getting really fucking clear about what is actually worth giving them to.
For me, this is part of the power of ceremony. It creates a clear marker your body can recognise: “Oh, we're moving in this direction now.” Rather than simply deciding something is over in your head, you mark it through your body, ritual and action, giving the whole of you an opportunity to reorganise around that choice.
The Last Fuck Ceremony
During the ceremony, you'll work with the elements to unbind the fucks you have given to the things you are ready to stop carrying.
You'll begin with Earth, releasing the old stories that have been held in your body, before moving into Water to tend to the emotional ties that remain. With Fire, you'll give your anger space to move and be expressed, and through Air, you'll dissolve the last of the old stories and attachments that have kept you tied to what you're leaving behind.
Finally, you'll find clarity around what deserves your fucks and begin to seed that intention into your body, mind, heart and soul, anchoring what you are choosing to carry forward.

Witnessed in the Crossing
Your crossing is your own, but you don't make it alone. There is something powerful about having your crossing witnessed by other women who are standing at thresholds of their own.
The ceremony is intentionally limited to just four women, creating an intimate space where your individual crossing can be honoured and witnessed, while you are also held within the collective ceremony.
Before we gather, we'll have a call so I can understand where you are, what you're moving through, and what you want to honour, release or reclaim.
