The Fuck Audit
YOUR FUCKS ARE FINITE.
WHERE ARE YOURS GOING?

You only have so much time, attention, care and energy to give.

Yet somehow, an extraordinary amount of it can end up going to things you never consciously chose.

The Fuck Audit is a guided workbook to help you follow the fucks and find out where yours are actually going.

Your current fuck expenditure may surprise you.
WHAT THE FUCK IS A FUCK AUDIT?
Some fucks are obvious. Others have been hanging around for so long you barely notice you're giving them anymore.

The things you do because you've always done them. The stuff taking up far too much space in your head. The things you genuinely care about and the things you might discover you don't actually care about at all.

The Fuck Audit takes you through a series of questions designed to help you trace where it all came from, where your time, attention, care and energy are going now, and what’s actually worth continuing to give your energy to.

There is nothing here to fix and nobody telling you what you should or shouldn't care about.

You follow the fucks and you decide what to do with the evidence.

Findings may result in: Well, fuck.

WHY SHOULD I GIVE A FUCK ABOUT THIS?

Because awareness is where choice begins.

You may already know about some of the things taking up your time, attention, care and energy. But seeing them together can tell a rather different story.

The Fuck Audit helps you see what you're carrying, where your energy is going, what might be driving it and what may no longer deserve quite so much of you.

Sometimes seeing something clearly is enough to make a different choice. Other times, you might uncover a pattern, story or relationship that runs deeper and needs more space to explore.

The Audit isn't here to fix any of it. It's here to help you see what's there.

What you do with what you find is entirely up to you.

“I started to understand just why I’ve been so exhausted recently. It was a rough realisation, but I also think a very necessary one.” - Sarah

“It’s a practice we should do but never actually think about.” - Mike
WHAT'S INSIDE?
The Fuck Audit takes you through six different areas, each with a series of questions to help you see where your time, attention, care and energy are going.

There's space to write, reflect and get curious about what you find, along with pause points throughout and a final Audit Findings section to bring everything together.
It might look like a lot of pages, but there is plenty of breathing room built in. You can work through the whole Audit in one sitting, take one section at a time, or put it down and come back when you're ready.

There is no prize for auditing your fucks at speed. Give yourself around two hours to work through the Audit, and take it at your own pace. There is no right way to audit a fuck, just your way.

“Seeing the number of pages, I initially thought it might take me a while, but actually it went much quicker than I expected. The flow made good sense and it was easy to work through.”- Sarah

“I loved it! I was really surprised by some of the things it brought up, and it made me realise how much I was putting into things that have little or no fucks for me or my own benefit. I loved the joviality throughout too; some of the things that came up were quite hard realisations, and the humour made them feel more bearable and less intense. I would absolutely recommend it to soooooo many people who give too many fucks.” - Sarah

WHY A FUCK AUDIT?
The Fuck Audit came from an unlikely meeting of two parts of my world.

For a number of years, I worked in governance and compliance, where audits were part of the landscape: looking closely at what was happening, following the evidence and asking whether things were working as they should.

These days, my work looks rather different. I work with the body, breath, patterns, stories and all the complicated ways we learn to move through life.

Somewhere between the two, The Fuck Audit appeared.

Because we spend an extraordinary amount of our lives giving our time, attention, care and energy to things without ever stopping to ask why.

So I decided to follow the fucks I was giving. Turns out, there was quite a lot to audit.

The Fuck Audit is part of The Last Fuck Collection, alongside The Last Fuck Ceremony.

“I love the idea of bringing your two worlds together. Hopefully it could introduce people stuck in either one to the benefits of both.” - Mike
